  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed uniforms
  • Items without tags
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Return items in original condition
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability.

To qualify, items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.

All exchanges must be completed in store. We are unable to offer size exchanges by post.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 7 days of receipt
  • Full refund or replacement provided
